Pick A Deal provides a free online comparison and connection service that allows consumers to compare home service plans — including broadband, electricity, gas and mobile — from a range of participating providers. We also offer a moving home coordination service.

Our service is provided at no charge to consumers. We receive referral fees from participating providers when you connect through our Website. This commercial arrangement does not affect the price you pay — you will never pay more through Pick A Deal than by going directly to a provider.

Pick A Deal is a comparison and referral service only. We are not a service provider, network operator, energy retailer or telecommunications carrier. We do not supply or deliver any broadband, energy or mobile services ourselves.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use our Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Specifically, you must not:

• the quality, delivery or performance of any products or services provided by a Participating Provider;
• any changes to plans, pricing or availability made by a Participating Provider after you connect;
• any billing disputes, service interruptions or complaints relating to a Participating Provider's services; or
• the privacy practices or terms and conditions of any Participating Provider.

Any disputes about products or services should be directed to the relevant Participating Provider. You may also contact relevant industry bodies or regulators such as the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) or the Australian Energy Regulator (AER).

6. Accuracy of information

We strive to ensure that plan information, pricing and availability displayed on our Website is accurate and up to date. However, plans change frequently and we do not guarantee that the information on our Website is complete, current or error-free at all times.
